Sweet & Spicy Loaded Eggplant Fries

1 package Dominex Eggplant Fries

1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup Fresno peppers

1–2 tablespoons hot honey

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish.

Directions

1. Cook eggplant fries according to package instructions.

2. Top with crumbled feta and Fresno peppers. Bake or air fry for another 5 minutes.
