Dominex Buffalo Jack and Blue Frychos
1 box Dominex Eggplant Fries
8 oz. bag of Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
6 oz Blue Cheese Crumbles
1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
Fresh Chopped Chives
Bake Dominex Veggie Fries for 18 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven. Drizzle Eggplant Fries with Buffalo sauce. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese, blue cheese crumbles and chopped chives. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
