Tex-Mex Frychos made with Dominex Eggplant Fries
1 box Dominex Eggplant Fries
8 oz. bag of Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
2 tbsp of Chipole Seasoning
1 cup of Fresh Tomato Salsa
Bake Dominex Veggie Fries for 18 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven. Drizzle Eggplant Fries with fresh Tomato Salsa. Sprinkle shredded Pepper Jack cheese and Chipolte Seasoning. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
