1 small jar of Alfredo Sauce
1 8 oz. bag of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Rainbow Cherry Tomatoes (sliced) Italian Seasoning
Fresh Basil
Place Frozen Eggplant Cutlets on a cookie sheet. Bake Eggplant Cutlets in the oven at 425° F for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. Layer Alfredo sauce, Mozarrella cheese, Italian seasoning, sliced tomatoes, more Mozarrella cheese, Italian seasoning. Bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is golden. Garnish with fresh basil.
