INGREDIENTS 1 box Dominex Eggplant Cutlets 1 jar of Pasta Sauce Shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese
DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 375° F. Coat the bottom of 8" x 8" baking pan with 1/2 cup of marinara sauce. Add a layer of Dominex Eggplant Cutlets and top with another 1/2 cup of the sauce and cheeses. Repeat twice (eggplant, sauce, and cheese), ending with remaining cheese. Bake for 35 mins. (Uncover for last 15 minutes of baking time.) Let set for 10 mins before serving.
